At PDSA Pet Store, we want your furry friend to look their best in our pet fashion. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all pet apparel is unworn, hair-free, and in its original packaging with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
